What is SLIconic?
SLIconic Battles combines a highly advanced artificial intelligence pet system with a fun and fast paced turn based combat system.
Currently there are over 40 varieties of Icon pets that develop their own interactive personality when they are brought into the world for the first time, with good traits and bad. Some are sweet and loving some are snide and grumpy. They respond differently to different situations likening some things and disliking others. You may hold and cuddle your Icon and wear it around to show off to your friends or let it roam around freely to explore. Icons do not need to be feed in order for them to continue to function they are yours to play with and enjoy. Icons love to fight and must battle in order to gain strength and eventually evolve to an even stronger form. Battles of course do weaken the Icon even if they win, so an Icon must heal back up after their fights. An Icon may heal by leveling after a fight, waiting 24 hours for it to automatically heal, or drink an Icon juice that you may feed it from your Link HUD. Icons are very different from one another and may take some time to see all of its individuality.
There are presently over 100 different cards available in the SLIconic Battles game. A collector’s case is provided with the starter set to keep your Cards organized as your collection grows and to allow you to quickly load your favorite cards into your link HUD between battles. Each card offers different effects at different times during combat. The Starter set comes with 5 random cards that will show what they are once rezzed for the first time. Each set comes with one White set card, one Green set card, one Violet set card, one Red set card and one Fully Random Card. Each color will randomly choose a card from that set except for the Fully Random Card. The Fully Random card may pull from any set and is the only card capable of pulling one of the ultra rare black border cards.
So if you are interested in a fast paced game to play with your friends that will not be decided by lag or who has the faster computer, or if you like playful AI pets that actually interact, evolve and perform an action other than just eating, or perhaps you would like to just have fun, then you will want to try this game.
